Hey, I'm Leo. I draw things, write stories, and try to pretend I'm not a bubbling puddle of anxiety whenever I meet someone new.
These days, I'm focused on children's publishing, but I've been lucky enough to work on all kinds of weird and wonderful projects. From illustrations to concert visuals, animations and even the odd gameshow clue, for brands including the BBC, Channel 4 and Red Bull.
Urgh, what a snooze fest! Let’s skip to the juicy stuff, like the time Romesh Ranganathan (a comedian who hosts a bunch of tv shows in the UK) had one of my doodles tattooed on him for his show The Ranganation. Yeah, that happened somehow!
Then there are the projects I forget about until I'm just about to fall asleep, when they burst into my brain like a shot of espresso. Like the time my work appeared on Channel 4's Gogglebox and was honoured with the quote, "That's the worst animation I've ever seen." ...I'm proud of that one!
Anyway, it's been a fun ride. I don't really know how I ended up here, but I'm very grateful. Although, I do miss the days when "Will you be my friend?" would turn into summers filled with tree forts and adventures.
